You can have Ko-Fi tips paid out via Stripe. That is how I have my tip feature set up.

Stripe set up a separate payment profile for me for any funds I receive via Ko-Fi. So I just switch between my Medium set-up and my Ko-Fi set-up on Stripe to view the funds I get from each.

So yeah, you still have all your funds coming to one place, but you can at least differentiate where they come from.
